Come up with a name for the Fox character on the Finnish Floorball Federation’s website! Plus – enter the ticket giveaway on Napa’s Instagram 🦊
Do you remember this friendly fellow-Fox? Indeed, it’s the character by Mauri Kunnas drawn for the Finnish Floorball Association for their official mascot! This partnership was welcomed by applause already in June, well in time for the games! The World games will fire off in Tampere, Finland this year in December with the Men’s, followed by Women’s championships in Turku, 2027.
This fox fella has been making appearances at various children’s events althrough the summer and autumn! And now it is the time to give this cheerful little rascal a NAME! What could it be?
If it were up to us, we’d suggest “Kettu Kettunen” (Fox Foxson 🤪). Luckily, we’re not the ones who get to decide — THE NAME is totally up to you!
HOORAY HOORAY!
The Finnish Floorball Federation and Suomalainen Kirjakauppa (The Finnish bookstore) are joining forces to launch a NAME CONTEST, which is open for entries until November 1, 2026.
By suggesting a name, you’ll also enter a prize draw to win a fantastic package, including a World Championship-themed Mauri Kunnas merchandise bag, a €100 gift card to the shop, and two tickets to the Latvia–Finland match on December 8.
And now for the most exciting part 🥁🥁🥁
As Mauri Kunnas’s licensing agency, we’re delighted and honoured to give away a four-ticket package to the Latvia–Finland match, taking place on December 8 at 7:00 PM at Hakametsä in Tampere! HUH!
