Created by the Finnish animation studio Anima Vitae and broadcasted by Finnish broadcasting company YLE, the short animation is set in the world of Mauri Kunnas’ beloved Christmas books. The wizards at Anima Vitae are also the very same people behind the last Mauri Kunnas 3D short animation, 12 gifts for Santa Claus!

The story of the new short animation follows the little elf girl Myry and her trusty dog Rekku as they try to stop Industrious Arthur, the hardest-working elf in Korvatunturi, from working during the holidays. Will Myry and Rekku succeed in their mission? Follow the events this Christmas Eve, December 24th, when the short animation Santa’s holiday is broadcast for the very first time on YLE TV2, during the Santa Claus Hot Line program!!
